Most boards are not made of special cases but of pins on a 2.54 mm grid and pads of medium size. The QU911G-20D-08 is cut for exactly that duty, a 2.0 mm edge lies across pad and lead at once, while an edge thickness of 0.8 mm leaves the tip clearance inside the pin row.

What the tip does

• Edge width of 2.0 mm, the contact area covers pad and lead together and shortens the dwell time per joint.
• Edge thickness of 0.8 mm, so clearance to the next pin is preserved even on a 2.54 mm pitch.
• Straight design without a tapered shank, the shortest path from the cartridge seat to the working edge.
• QU911G series, laid out for repeatable joints and long service life in continuous production.
• RoHS compliant, so it can be used without restriction in lead free series processes.

Application and compatibility

For the 9018M and 9018BMT robot soldering tools and thus for the QUICK ET9181 SEMI-AUTO with wire feeder, the 9594FYA and 9584EYA with two tables, the ET9494E and ET9494F-A and further models of the range. One step down the series carries the QU911G-16D at 1.6 x 0.6 mm, one step up the QU911G-24D at 2.4 x 0.8 mm and the QU911G-30D-07 at 3.0 x 0.8 mm. Scope of delivery: one soldering tip.
