On ground planes and power terminals the copper pulls heat away faster than a slim tip can replace it. This chisel therefore works with an 8.0 mm blade at 1.6 mm thickness, the largest mass among the straight shapes of the series.

Intended for ground connections, shielding cans, power terminals and heavy gauge leads in robot operation. Fits the 9018M and 9018BMT soldering robot tools and therefore the ET9181, 9594FYA, ET9494E, 9584EYA and ET9494F-A robots plus further models of the range. Supplied as a single tip.
