Vacuum Tank Sealer 400 x 5 mm Seal with 20 m³/h Oil Bath Pump - Iteco 7914262

Moisture sensitive parts and barrier bags are only safely packed once the air has really left the bag before the seal is made. The Iteco 7914262 evacuates the bag in a stainless steel chamber of 410 x 400 x 90 mm and then lays a continuous 400 x 5 mm seal. The 400 mm version is the compact entry model of the chamber range and fits onto an ordinary packing bench.

Features

• 400 x 5 mm seal across the full bag width, so the barrier property of the bag is kept over the whole seal line.
• Chamber of 410 x 400 x 90 mm takes the bag lying flat, so the contents are not displaced while the air is drawn off.
• Oil bath vacuum pump rated 20 m³/h, designed for continuous use over a full shift.
• The degree of vacuum is set on the front panel, after which the working cycle runs automatically.
• Chamber and body of the table model in stainless steel, low-abrasion and easy to clean.
• Inert gas injection available as option Iteco 7914268 for parts sensitive to oxidation and moisture.

Scope of delivery and compatibility

The table unit is supplied with the oil bath pump and stainless steel chamber, the inert gas injection is not included and is ordered as Iteco 7914268. It processes sealable barrier and ESD bags whose width fits the chamber. Desiccant bags and humidity indicator cards are placed into the bag before the cycle is started.
