The HIOS BLG-5000X ZERO1-15 is a brushless ESD electric screwdriver with 0.3-1.0 Nm and a built-in screw counter. The ZERO1 pulse system monitors every fastening and reports errors directly on the tool, without an external counter box.

Application
For series assembly in electronics and precision mechanics where the number of screws and the quality of each joint must be verified. Suitable for machine screws M2.3-M3.0, tapping screws 2.0-2.6 mm.
Compatibility
Operates with the BLC-70-EU-HK controller (230 VAC, 20/30 VDC) and the 6-pin screwdriver cable RP50-CL (2 m). On the BLC-70-EU-HK the driver is operated at speed level HI only. Signal output via relay box BLOP-AF. Screwdriver stands VMS-40 and VMS-50 with adapter VMS-0900-BLG45. Torque check with the HP-10 2025 tester. Variants with a different torque or speed range: BLG-5000X ZERO1 and BLG-5000X ZERO1-18.
