Metal protective cap for the torque adjusting ring on the DLV71/72/81/82 series - Delvo DLW-5200

In series assembly the torque is set once and has to stay exactly there until the batch is finished. A single unintended touch on the adjusting ring is enough to make the following joints too tight or too loose. This metal cap covers the adjusting ring of the DLV-71x0, 72x1, 81x0 and 82x1 screwdrivers and keeps it out of reach during daily work.

Matching accessories

The larger DLV75/76/85/86 series use the DLW-5600 and DLW-5700 protective caps. On screwdrivers running from a control unit the speed setting on that unit is unaffected, only the torque ring on the hand piece is secured.
