Combination filter cassette H13A with activated carbon 305 x 305 x 250 mm for series 160/200 - ULT 4-00075

An H13 filter on its own captures particles but does nothing about flux vapours and odour. The ULT H13A combination filter cassette therefore packs both stages into one component: the H13 particulate filter as a HEPA filter to DIN EN 1822 and, downstream of it, adsorption filter A with an activated carbon bed, all in a 305 x 305 x 250 mm cassette. ULT lists it as 4-00075, the main filter of the LRA 160.1 MD.11 K and LRA 200.1 MD.20 K solder fume units.

Applications

Solder fume extraction in electronics manufacturing and rework, capture at manual soldering benches, at robotic soldering cells and at soldering systems on special workstations. Whenever the cleaned air is returned to the workroom, the combination of H13 and activated carbon is the decisive stage. Recirculation is not permitted for carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic substances.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The ULT 160.1 and ULT 200.1 technical documentation lists cassette 4-00075 as the replacement filter of the LRA 160.1 MD.11 K and LRA 200.1 MD.20 K builds. Supplied as one complete H13A combination filter cassette.
