Panel filter F9 prefilter for LAS 160.1, set of 10 - ULT 02.0.582

The F9 panel filter set is the stock pack for the prefilter stage of the ULT LAS 160.1 laser fume extraction units. The F9 panel filter retains aerosols and particles from the laser fume and keeps the H13A combination filter cassette from clogging early.

Position in the filter build

In filter build K of the LAS 160.1 the F9 panel filter comes first, followed by filter mat M5-02 4-00238 and combination filter cassette H13A 4-00002. Filter build SK adds the washable expanded metal prefilter 4-00301 upstream. The H13A cassette combines an H13 particulate filter to DIN EN 1822 with a particle separation rate of 99.95 % and an activated carbon adsorption filter A.

Applications

Wear part in laser fume extraction for laser engraving, laser marking, laser structuring and laser cutting. The LAS 160.1 MD.11 delivers up to 190 m³/h at up to 3200 Pa of vacuum, with a nominal operating point of 80 m³/h at 1900 Pa.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Documented for filter builds K and SK of the ULT LAS 160.1. Supplied as a pack of 10. The LRA solder fume units do not use a panel filter at this position but the filter mats M5-02 and F7-02 (4-00003, set 4-00241).
