Bonding and potting operations have to capture solvent and adhesive vapours right where they are produced. The Weller Zero Smog 4V is a compact central unit for up to four workstations, driven by a maintenance-free turbine with a maximum flow rate of 230 m³/h.

Applications

Extraction of adhesive and solvent vapours at dispensing, potting and assembly benches, in electronics manufacturing and in laboratories. A central unit pays off wherever several benches sit side by side and individual desktop extractors would take up too much room.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The unit belongs to the Zero Smog 4V series and takes the matching compact and prefilters. It can be built into complete workplace solutions with extraction arms, funnel and bevelled nozzles and hose connectors from the Weller accessory range. Four different sets are available. The extractor is supplied with its filter set, while arms and hoses are ordered separately depending on the set chosen.
