Mobile extraction unit Jumbo Filtertrolley 2.0 LabCat A for laboratory gases, 80 m³/h - ULT LABCAT JUMBO 2.0BM.3.1000

Analysis and synthesis work in the laboratory releases airborne pollutants that matter even in small quantities. The ULT Jumbo Filtertrolley 2.0 LabCat A captures them at the point of origin and, with wheels and a telescopic handle, is built for frequent repositioning and tight floor space. The rated duty point is 80 m³/h at 1,900 Pa, with up to 190 m³/h and 3,200 Pa available.

Filter setup and options

Instead of a combination filter, the LabCat A version carries an A6 adsorption filter cassette with a 6 kg activated carbon bed. For gas mixtures where activated carbon alone is not enough, ULT offers two alternatives: the AC8 main filter module with a granulate bed of 50 vol% activated carbon and 50 vol% chemisorbent, 8 kg in total, and the C10 module with 10 kg of pure chemisorbent for gaseous sulphur and nitrogen compounds. If fine dust also has to be separated, the LabCat K version with the H13A combination filter cassette is the right choice.

Applications

Analysis, synthesis and research work in chemical, pharmaceutical and medical laboratories, plus bonding, cleaning and pretreatment at single workstations. The compact format also suits service and repair areas with changing working locations.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Supplied as an extraction and filtration unit in a trolley housing with EC blower, volume flow controller, main filter module A6 and one Ø 50 mm intake port. An Alsident System 50 extraction arm can be mounted directly on the unit; hoses, capture elements and replacement filters of the Jumbo Filtertrolley 2.0 series are ordered separately to match the process. The Ø 75 mm intake port is available only for the ACD, LAS and LRA versions.
