Multilayer assemblies with ground planes need heat that flows back the moment the tip touches down and a vacuum that genuinely clears the plated through hole. The Oki MFR-PS1300 combines SmartHeat induction control with up to 60 W output and an integrated pump giving 0.7 bar suction in one standalone unit of the MFR-1300 series.
