Dual channel soldering and rework station for repair benches where a part is lifted off and the pad is resoldered straight away. One channel feeds the MFR-H4-TW tweezers with the MFR-WSPT stand, the other the MFR-H1-SC iron with the WS1 stand and its sleep mode. Both channels run at the same time.

Applications
Repair and rework on populated boards, replacement of chips, MELF and small SO packages, prototype builds and field service. The tweezers lift the part, the iron places the replacement.
Compatibility and scope of delivery
The MFR-PS2200 supplies every MFR series handpiece, and hot air desoldering is available through the MX-UK5 upgrade kit. Delivery covers the power unit, MFR-H4-TW tweezers, MFR-H1-SC iron and both stands MFR-WSPT and WS1. Cartridges and tips are ordered separately.
Tip to ground resistance below 2 ohm and permanent ground detection make the station suitable for ESD protected areas to IEC 61340-5-1.
