Dual channel power supply unit of the MFR series, used as a base unit or as a replacement for existing handpieces. Two ports work simultaneously with 60 watt output each, so an iron, a handpiece and a tweezer can stay plugged in together. SmartHeat induction regulates through the cartridge itself, which removes calibration.

Applications
Building a two channel soldering bench, extending an existing single channel workplace or replacing a failed power unit in production, rework and service.
Compatibility and scope of delivery
The unit supplies every MFR series handpiece, among them MFR-H1-SC2, MFR-H2-ST2 and the MFR-H4-TW tweezers. Hot air desoldering is available through the MX-UK5 upgrade kit. Delivery covers the power unit, handpieces, stands and cartridges are ordered separately.
Permanent ground detection, tip to ground potential below 2 mV and resistance below 2 ohm make the unit suitable for ESD protected areas to IEC 61340-5-1.
