Dual channel soldering and rework station for high throughput benches that need two tip shapes in parallel. The MFR-PS2200 power unit drives both MFR-H2-ST2 handpieces at once, and these accept SxV soldering tips as well as CxV blade tips. Blade tips are the fast route when removing SO and QFP rows.

Applications
Hand soldering in electronics manufacturing, rework on populated boards, repair and prototype work. Keep one channel with a fine tip for fine pitch and the second with a blade tip for removing multi lead packages.
Compatibility and scope of delivery
The MFR-PS2200 power unit works with every MFR series handpiece, including the MFR-H1-SC2 iron and the MFR-H4-TW tweezers. Delivery covers the power unit, two MFR-H2-ST2 handpieces and two WS1 stands. Soldering tips are ordered separately.
With tip to ground resistance below 2 ohm the station suits ESD protected areas to IEC 61340-5-1.
