Soldering and rework station 2-channel 2 x 60 W SmartHeat with MFR-H-ST2 handpiece - Oki MFR-2220

Components with long contact rows can be soldered or removed in a single pass with a blade tip, provided the station covers the heat demand. The Oki MFR-2220 is a two channel soldering and rework station with inductive SmartHeat technology, a dual simultaneous output of 2 x 60 W and the MFR-H-ST2 handpiece for SxV and CxV blade tips.

Soldering and removal of connectors, boards with long pad rows and through hole components, repair and rework in service departments, prototyping and small batch production. The second channel holds a further handpiece, ready without swapping plugs.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The station handpiece works with SxV soldering tips and CxV blade soldering tips. Delivery includes the MFR-H2-ST2 handpiece, the MFR-PS2200 power supply with dual simultaneous output and the WS1 stand.

Tip temperature accuracy meets or exceeds IPC J-STD-001. The grounding concept and the ESD figures of the station are designed for use in EPA areas to IEC 61340-5-1.
