ESD soldering handpiece aluminium with RMP-1 for TMT-5000S - Thermaltronics SHP-T

At a soldering bench the way the iron sits in the hand decides the quality of the joint. The SHP-T is the handpiece for the Thermaltronics TMT-5000S and combines a heat dissipating aluminium front with a nylon grip that passes less warmth to the operator.

Applications

Hand soldering in series production, touch up of SMD and through hole joints and repair jobs in the service department. A second handpiece on the same TMT-5000PS also allows a quick switch between two tip shapes without swapping cartridges.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Designed for the TMT-5000PS power unit. The delivery covers the ESD soldering handpiece and the RMP-1 protection pad for tip removal, sold by the piece. Soldering cartridges of the matching series are selected separately.

The ESD safe design is meant for benches operated as an EPA to IEC 61340-5-1.
