Components with two opposing terminations only come off cleanly when both joints melt together. That is what the SHP-TTZ solder tweezers handpiece is built for: two separately heated arms driven by the TMT-5000PS power supply, held on temperature by Curie point control without any adjustment.

Applications
Repair and rework on populated boards, replacement of chip resistors, capacitors, diodes and small two-row packages, prototype building and laboratory work in electronics manufacturing.
Compatibility and scope of delivery
The handpiece runs on the TMT-5000PS power supply and accepts the Thermaltronics tweezer cartridge pairs. Delivery includes the handpiece together with the RMP-1 pad for tip removal. Cartridge pairs are not included and are chosen to match the component size.
The ESD safe design supports operation inside an EPA to IEC 61340-5-1.
