M12 connection cable 8-pin 3 m for series 200.1 - ULT 03.1.300

The extraction and filter units of the ULT 200.1 series carry an 8-pin M12 socket on the rear. Through it the unit reports operation and filter load to a controller and can be switched remotely from there. This pre-assembled connection cable provides that link with a 3 m lead, with no connector work on site.

Pin assignment of the M12 interface

The signals on contacts 2 to 4 are only valid while the unit is connected to supply voltage and the main switch is on. Inputs 5 and 6 can be triggered from the 12 V output on contact 7 or with an external voltage up to 24 V whose ground is then connected to contact 8.

Applications

Integration of a 200.1 series extraction and filter unit into a machine or plant control, for example starting extraction together with the laser or the soldering line and passing the filter load signal on to the control room.
