With gaseous contaminants it is not only the separation rate that counts but the amount of adsorption media inside the unit. The ULT ACD 1200 MD.18 A28 relies on storage filters with adsorption cassettes of roughly 12 kg and 16 kg fill and adds 1,000 m³/h at 1,700 Pa so that capture at source actually works.

Extraction of gases, vapours and odours in electronics and plastics production, at potting and painting benches and in laboratory or test environments. The storage filter concept suits places with a steady gas load where regenerating processes are not an option.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Equipped with blower, maintenance-free EC drive and volume flow control. The intended filter set consists of the Z-Line G4-02 (02.0.662) plus adsorption filter cassettes of approximately 12 kg (02.1.609) and approximately 16 kg (02.1.606). These are storage filters, replaced once saturated.
