Crimping pliers for wire ferrules insulated VDE, 0.25 - 16.0 mm², tether point, 180 mm - Knipex 97 78 180 T

Working at height, a tool must not drop, and on live installations it must be properly insulated. The 97 78 180 T crimping pliers press wire ferrules to DIN 46228 parts 1 + 4 from 0.25 to 16 mm², are tested to DIN EN 60900 and IEC 60900 and carry an integrated insulated attachment point for a tool tether.

Standards and conformity

The pliers are tested to DIN EN 60900 and IEC 60900 for insulated hand tools used for live working. The ferrules crimped follow DIN 46228 parts 1 + 4. According to the manufacturer the tool contains no substances of very high concern under REACH. The RoHS directive does not apply to this product.
