Crimping pliers for wire ferrules insulated VDE, 0.25 - 16.0 mm², nine dies, 180 mm - Knipex 97 78 180

On terminal strips under voltage the tool has to be insulated and still cover the full range of conductor sizes. The insulated 97 78 180 crimping pliers press wire ferrules to DIN 46228 parts 1 + 4 from 0.25 to 16 mm² in nine marked half-round dies and are tested to DIN EN 60900 and IEC 60900.

The pliers are tested to DIN EN 60900 and IEC 60900 for insulated hand tools used for live working. The ferrules crimped follow DIN 46228 parts 1 + 4. According to the manufacturer the tool contains no substances of very high concern under REACH. The RoHS directive does not apply to this product.
