ESD plastic tweezers straight, blunt tips 0.35 mm, carbon fibre reinforced, 115 mm - Knipex 92 09 01 ESD

At an ESD workstation the tool must neither build up charge nor damage the surface of the component. The straight 92 09 01 ESD plastic tweezers in 30% carbon fibre reinforced plastic dissipate charges in a controlled way and grip with blunt tips of 0.35 mm and 2 mm width at a weight of only 4 g.

Areas of use

Work with maximum surface protection on sensitive electronic components, on micro-mechanical parts and on glass and ceramic components, at EPA workstations in production, laboratory and service. According to the manufacturer the model is also available in the 92 00 05 ESD set.

Standards and conformity

The manufacturer states DIN EN 61340-5-1 for this tool. The tweezers are ESD tested and dissipative, there is no VDE test. According to the manufacturer they contain no substances of very high concern under REACH and the RoHS directive does not apply.
