ESD soldering station control unit 180 W with automatic wire feed, 90 to 450 °C - JBC ALE-210UVB

Where joints are produced to a cycle time, the repeatability of the wire feed decides the scrap rate. This control unit delivers 180 W, holds tip temperature stable to ±1.5 °C at idle and doses solder wire in three operating modes, from continuous feed to a freely programmed sequence.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Supplied as a control unit with the GALE10V guide set for 1.0 mm solder wire already fitted. The ALE250 automatic feed iron works with the C250 cartridge series. Solder wire from 0.4 to 1.8 mm is possible with the matching guide set. The station takes solder wire spools up to 2 kg, maximum 100 mm diameter and 100 mm height, spool holder axis 10 mm.

Standards and compliance

The manufacturer states that temperature stability meets and exceeds IPC J-STD-001 and that the station complies with ANSI/ESD S20.20. Equipotential bonding to the EPA can be connected optionally.
