ESD repair station with DR560, T245, JT-T2A hot air 700 W and MSE module - JBC RMSE-2QJ

Soldering, electric desoldering and hot air on one bench, with stackable modules instead of three separate units. The DDE control unit runs the T245 general purpose handle and the DR560 desoldering iron at up to 150 W each, the MSE module extracts at 85 % vacuum, and the JTSE station drives 700 W of hot air along temperature and airflow profiles.

• The cartridge type decides compatibility. The T245 handle takes cartridges of the C245 range, the DR560 works with desoldering tips of the C560 range.
• The JTSE hot air station delivers 700 W, controls 150 to 450 °C and sets airflow between 5 and 50 SLPM.
• 25 hot air profiles with up to 10 steps each plus a type K thermocouple input keep the thermal curve on the part repeatable.
• The MSE module draws with 42 W, 85 % vacuum and 35 SLPM flow, controlled by pedal if wanted.
• Sleep and hibernation modes lower tip temperature during breaks and extend cartridge life.
• USB-A takes firmware, graphics and profiles and connects a Dino-Lite USB microscope of models AM2011 and AM2111, USB-B goes to the PC and RJ12 drives extraction, peripherals or robots.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The delivery covers the DDE control unit for two tools, the T245 general purpose handle, the DR560 desoldering iron, the electric MSE desoldering module and the JTSE hot air station with the JTT heated hose set and the JT-T2A hot air tool. Hot air nozzles for the JT-T2A are available separately.

Standards and compliance

The station complies with CE standards and is built ESD safe. Tip and ground meet ANSI/ESD S20.20 and IPC J-STD-001F, and the hot air module complies with ANSI/ESD S20.20-2021. Manufactured by JBC Soldering SL in Molins De Rei, Spain.
