ESD PCB magazine 6001.1-P with parallel insert, 100 boards up to 342 mm - cab 8917908

Between placement, soldering and test, assembled boards wait in buffer magazines, and every extra magazine costs floor space. Model 6001.1-P of series 6000 places two rows of slots in parallel and takes up to 100 boards on a footprint of 320 x 355 mm. Boards up to 342 mm long and 40 to 100 mm wide are accepted.

• The parallel insert doubles capacity to as many as 100 boards per magazine while the footprint stays at 320 x 355 mm.
• Narrow assemblies from 40 to 100 mm width load in pairs, which halves the number of magazines at the buffer and at goods dispatch.
• ESD safe design according to the manufacturer, the surface resistance of the plastic parts is specified to DIN EN 61340-5-1.
• Series 6000 uses a closed base plate, which stiffens the frame and shields the lowest board.
• Inserts rated to 60 °C and ambient to 50 °C cover the buffer after soldering, an oven pass is not intended for the plastic version.
• Transport lock B is included, types A and C are available as an option.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Delivery comprises one 6001.1-P magazine including transport lock B. The slotted walls are available in polystyrene and polycarbonate, a metal version is available on request. For narrow boards, two magazines with two rows of slots each can be operated next to each other. With partially assembled magazines, transport lock type B is supplied separately.
