In the RS 180 rack system, slotted walls guide every board in its own groove so that cards never touch while buffering or in transit. The double slotted wall 300 is the tall wall of this range, its outer size is 255 x 22 x 345 mm. This wall is supplied without a base stop.

Application

The wall is used wherever boards wait between two operations, as a buffer at the placement line, for internal transport to test, and for interim storage ahead of final assembly. Inside the EPA every card stays individually guided, so edges and components do not knock against each other.
