In electronics production the lead has to be cut cleanly without damaging the cutting edge. The 77 02 115 electronics diagonal cutter has a round head with a small bevel and laser hardened edges of approx. 62 HRC that cut soft wire from 0.3 to 1.6 mm dia. and hard wire up to 0.6 mm dia.
