Only a slim head reaches the leads between densely mounted components. The 77 32 115 electronics diagonal cutter has a pointed head with a small bevel, 11 mm wide, and weighs just 65 g. Soft wire is cut from 0.3 to 1.3 mm dia. and hard wire up to 0.5 mm dia.
