Continuous band sealer, horizontal feed, 300 mm conveyor - Iteco 7914192

Closing large bags holding assemblies, wire harnesses or housing parts reaches the limit of a 150 mm belt. The Iteco 7914192 runs a 300 mm conveyor and carries heavier bags safely through the heated rollers, producing a continuous seal 8 mm wide.

Features

• 300 mm conveyor: twice the support surface of the 150 mm model 7914190, giving stable guidance for large and heavy bags.
• Horizontal feed with the bag lying flat, suited to bags with solid contents that do not spill.
• Seal width 8 mm, maximum sealable thickness 800 µm.
• Temperature from 0 to 300 °C and belt speed from 0 to 12 m/min are set independently.
• Standard embossing attachment for date and lot coding with up to 39 characters.
• Stainless steel housing, shipped disassembled in two packages.

Applications

Series packaging of large bags in electronics manufacturing, shipping and spare part stores. The horizontal layout fits flat bags with solid contents. Where powders or liquids have to be packed at the same belt width, the vertical model Iteco 7914193 is preferable.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Machine and stand are supplied in two packages together with the embossing attachment and its character set for date and lot code. It processes heat sealable plastic bags up to 800 µm total thickness. Made in Italy.
