Brushless ESD Electric Screwdriver with Count Control 0.03-0.20 Nm - HIOS BLG-4000BC2-LT

The HIOS BLG-4000BC2-LT is the low-torque version of the BLG-4000BC2 and covers torques from 0.03 to 0.20 Nm. The integrated pulse system counts motor pulses up to tightening and detects faulty fastening in real time, while the built-in screw counter monitors the target quantity per assembly.

Application

For fine assembly of very small screws in electronics, precision engineering and small devices, where very low torques are required and every fastening has to be checked for completeness and correct seating.

Compatibility

Operates with the BLC-70-EU-HK controller. Replacement cable: RP50-CL (6-pin, 2 m). For vertical fastening, the VMS-40 and VMS-50 screwdriver stands fit with the VMS-0900-BLG45 adapter. Torque verification with the HP-10 2025 torque tester. Optional: BLG-BC2-3012 I/O cable, BLG-IF2 converter and BLG-IO-pro1 I/O box. Higher torques are offered by the BLG-4000BC2 and BLG-5000XBC2-15.
