Supercut/LN5 pneumatic cutting machine for loose radial components H 3.2 mm area 53x43 mm - Iteco 7915041

Loose radial components arrive from the bin with long leads and have to be trimmed to a uniform length before insertion. The Supercut/LN5 does this pneumatically: components are placed by hand into the drilled plate, the foot pedal releases the cut and the guillotine trims all leads to 3.2 mm above the plate. The 53 x 43 mm cutting area takes several components at a time.

Operating features

• Cut without burrs - upper plate and cobalt cutting plate work with zero clearance, the wire surface stays undeformed.
• Several components per stroke - the drilled plate holds several parts without increasing wear on the cutting plate.
• Uniform lead length of 3.2 mm - the standard plate sets the dimension, intermediate plates of up to 3 mm extend it when required.
• Both hands free - the foot pedal triggers the cut while the operator loads and unloads the plate.
• Up to 3000 components per hour - with 6 bar compressed air and manual loading of the plate.

Applications

Prototype and small batch production with loose radial components, processing of leftover stock without tape, rework on capacitors and LEDs, and repair shops that need leads brought to a fixed insertion length.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The machine works with the 340.111 standard plate in 3.2 mm thickness. Intermediate plates of up to 3 mm increase the cut length, and plates with a special hole pattern are available on request. The machine is delivered with a pneumatic foot pedal. Made in Italy.
