Additional plate 1 mm for longer lead cutting length for SUPERCUT/LN5 - Iteco 34011416

This additional plate of 1 mm is the most frequently used step on the SUPERCUT/LN5. It raises the cutting height from the standard 3.2 mm to 4.2 mm and therefore delivers exactly one extra millimetre of remaining lead length, a figure that is easy to state in a work instruction.

Applications

Series production with a fixed lead length specification, where components have to stand one millimetre off the board, for example to improve cleaning after soldering or to relieve heat sensitive parts.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The plate belongs to the SUPERCUT/LN5 cutting machine (Iteco 7915.041) and is fitted on its 3.2 mm stationary plate. For the SUPERCUT/LN5L model, order the plate of the same thickness, Iteco 34021401, instead. Scope of delivery: one additional plate of 1 mm, no further accessories. Made in Italy by Iteco.
