Supercut/LN5L pneumatic cutting machine for loose radial components H 3.2 mm area 53x93 mm - Iteco 7915041L

Anyone cutting larger parts or more parts per stroke reaches the limit of the 43 mm deep plate on the base model. The Supercut/LN5L offers a cutting area of 53 x 93 mm instead, more than twice the depth, with the same cutting principle: guillotine with zero clearance, foot pedal release and a cut length of 3.2 mm above the plate.

Operating features

• Cutting area 53 x 93 mm - more than twice the depth of the base model with 53 x 43 mm.
• More parts per pedal stroke - the longer plate takes a larger load, so the number of strokes per part drops.
• Also for long connectors - parts that do not fit across the short plate find room over 93 mm of depth.
• Identical cut quality - cobalt cutting plate and hardened upper plate give the same burr free cut as the LN5.
• Cut length 3.2 mm - defined by the standard plate, intermediate plates of up to 3 mm extend the dimension.
• Dimensions 100 x 300 x 93 mm - 50 mm longer than the base model, weight 6 kg according to the catalogue.

Production with larger batches of loose radial components, connectors and terminal strips with long bodies, and workstations where the operator loads and cuts a whole tray of parts in one pass.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The machine uses the 340.211 standard plate in 3.2 mm thickness for the LN5L format. Intermediate plates of up to 3 mm increase the cut length and special hole patterns are available on request. The machine is delivered with a pneumatic foot pedal. Made in Italy.
