Supercut/LN5 cutting machine for loose radial components in customized version - Iteco 7915041SL

Not every component fits the standard hole pattern of the plate. Large connectors, unusual grids or a different lead length call for a plate made to drawing. The Supercut/LN5SL exists for exactly that: the same base machine as the Supercut/LN5, but with a cutting plate to customer specification. Hole pattern, grid and cut length are defined at the time of ordering.

Operating features

• Cutting plate to specification - hole pattern and grid follow the customer part instead of the standard layout.
• Unchanged base machine - guillotine with zero clearance, cobalt cutting plate and pneumatic drive match the series model LN5.
• Also for connectors with special geometry - the catalogue names special plates explicitly for cutting large connectors.
• Selectable cut length - the standard plate gives 3.2 mm, intermediate plates of up to 3 mm raise the dimension further.
• Up to 3000 parts per hour - cycle rate and air demand stay the same as on the series model.
• Foot pedal operation - both hands remain free for loading and unloading.

Applications

Production lines with a component that does not seat properly in the standard grid: large connectors, relays with a wide lead pitch, part families with a different insertion length. Also as a second machine next to a Supercut/LN5 when a special plate is to stay permanently set up.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The customized version is based on the LN5 machine. Hole pattern, grid and required cut length have to be stated when ordering. The 340.111 standard plate in 3.2 mm serves as the starting point, intermediate plates of up to 3 mm are available in addition. The machine is delivered with a pneumatic foot pedal. Made in Italy.
