Preforming and cutting die assembly stand-off / lock-in for Supercut/RS4 - Iteco 160600

Every lead shape on the Supercut/RS4 needs its own die assembly. This one produces the stand-off / lock-in shape: the leads get a kink above the board that holds the body at a defined distance, and they are bent outwards underneath the board. The component is therefore already secured before soldering.

Typical for leaded electrolytic capacitors, film capacitors and resistors on assemblies that run through a wave solder bath and where the body must not rest on the board.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The die assembly fits the Iteco Supercut/RS4 (machine number 7915.166). Delivery comprises one complete die assembly as a single piece. The machine itself ships without a die and has to be ordered separately. The same lead shape is available for the stronger Supercut/TS1 (7915.171) under number 180600.
