Superform/A cutting and bending machine for taped axial components with Delrin drive discs - Iteco 7915100AD

Version AD of the Superform/A runs with internally toothed drive discs made of Delrin instead of the standard discs. Delrin is a tough, wear resistant acetal plastic also known as POM. Cutting and bending figures match the basic version 7915.100A: leads from 0.4 to 1.3 mm, pitch 6.5 to 60 mm and up to 40,000 pieces per hour.

Applications

Used wherever the plastic version of the drive discs is specified, for instance by an existing machine set or by a rule from process engineering. The machine processes taped resistors, diodes and chokes for hand assembly.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Iteco offers the BR6 tape reel holder (7915.185), the CS10 feeder for loose axial components (7915.180) and the motor unit in 230 V (7915.030) and 115 V (7915.031) with its foot switch (600.023) as accessories. The motor unit is supplied mounted on the machine only and provides stepless speed adjustment with automatic torque control. The machine itself is delivered as a hand operated unit with crank, accessories are not included. Made in Italy.
