Superform/A cutting and bending machine for taped axial components with quick setting - Iteco 7915100AR

Changing the pitch several times a day costs setup time on a lead forming machine. Version AR of the Superform/A carries the quick setting device for exactly that. It trades range for speed: the largest pitch is 40 mm instead of 60 mm, while lead range and output remain those of the standard version.

Applications

Production with many small batches and constantly changing pitches, sample building, repair shops and training benches. If a pitch above 40 mm is needed on a regular basis, the standard version 7915.100A is the correct choice.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Iteco offers the BR6 tape reel holder (7915.185), the CS10 feeder for loose axial components (7915.180) and the motor unit in 230 V (7915.030) and 115 V (7915.031) with its foot switch (600.023) as accessories. The motor unit is supplied mounted on the machine only and provides stepless speed adjustment with automatic torque control. The machine itself is delivered as a hand operated unit with crank, accessories are not included. Made in Italy.
