Dissipative flooring grounds personnel and trolleys across the whole EPA without connecting anything at individual workstations. Statfree DLR comes as a roll 1.9 m wide and 10 m long and achieves a resistance to ground Rg of 1 x 10⁶ to 1 x 10⁸ ohms, tested per IEC 61340-4-1.

Applications

Dissipative floor covering in production, test and stores, and work surface covering at ESD workstations. Clean with a silicone-free ESD mat cleaner such as Reztore, as silicone leaves an insulative film.

Standards

Tested per IEC 61340-4-1, meets the EN 61340-5-1 flooring limit. Where the floor is used to ground personnel, the person, footwear and flooring system must stay below 1.0 x 10⁹ ohms and body voltage below 100 V.
