Statfree DLR two-layer rubber reaches a resistance to ground Rg of 1 x 10⁶ to 1 x 10⁸ ohms per IEC 61340-4-1, inside the EN 61340-5-1 flooring limit. The roll measures 3.5 mm x 1.22 m x 10 m.

Applications

Dissipative floor covering for EPAs, walkways and production stations, also usable as a work surface mat. Where personnel are grounded through footwear and flooring, the total system of person, footwear and floor must stay below 1 x 10⁹ ohms with body voltage under 100 V. Clean with an ESD mat cleaner such as Reztore, as silicone-based cleaners leave an insulating film.

Standards

Resistance tested per IEC 61340-4-1, meets the EN 61340-5-1 flooring limit. Grounding is made via a floor ground point and ground cord.
