Statfree G2 Conductive Rubber Roll, 1.5 mm x 1.2 m x 12.2 m, Black - Desco 80113

Covering a complete solder line or walkway with conductive flooring calls for material in one piece. The Statfree G2 roll supplies 1.2 m x 12.2 m of homogeneous, volume conductive rubber at 1.5 mm thickness. It carries charge from people and equipment to ground at 1 x 10⁴ to < 1 x 10⁶ ohms and cannot delaminate.

Applications

Conductive flooring for solder lines, assembly areas and walkways where personnel are grounded through ESD footwear. On an already grounded ESD floor no separate grounding hardware is needed, otherwise connect it with a floor grounding kit. After unrolling, let the material relax for at least 4 hours before cutting to length. Clean with an ESD mat cleaner such as Reztore.

Standards

Meets the ESD flooring requirements of EN 61340-5-1, resistance measured per IEC 61340-4-1. Verify Rg periodically with a surface resistance meter. RoHS compliant. Desco provides a one-year warranty on materials and workmanship and guarantees the conductive properties for the life of the flooring.
