The AM4113FVT is a Premier handheld microscope with UV illumination for fluorescence and UV applications. Four UV LEDs at 400 nm excite the sample and a built-in barrier filter blocks the reflected UV light so that an image with natural colours results. This reveals fluorescence effects that stay hidden under white light.
