The AM4113FVT2 is a Premier handheld microscope with UV illumination in the UV-A band. The 375 nm UV LEDs excite the sample and a built-in barrier filter blocks the reflected UV light so that an image with natural colours results. The shorter wavelength compared with the 400 nm variant suits samples that require UV-A excitation.
