Two neighbouring benches do not need two filter units. The EASY ARM 2 feeds both workstations with 110 m³/h and 1800 Pa of vacuum each from one housing, which saves floor space, filter logistics and sockets.

What the set delivers

• Two independently usable extraction ports at 110 m³/h each, plus two remote inputs for the connected tools.
• Two standby switches included, each bench switches extraction on only when needed.
• Two rectangular 155 x 90 mm nozzles, covering the joint across the full board edge.
• Three filter stages with F7 pre-filter, H13 combination filter at 99.95 percent below 1 µm and activated carbon for flux vapours.
• 50 dB(A) despite two arms, 80 W power input and a 15 kg metal housing that stays put.

Application and scope of delivery

For twin workstations in production, repair and training. Delivery covers the EASY ARM 2 filter unit, two Omniflex extraction arms, two rectangular 155 x 90 mm nozzles, two standby switches, pre-filter, combination filter and mains cable. The remote ports let i-CON soldering stations and Ersa rework systems drive the unit. Replacement filters are combination filter 0CA10-1001 and pre-filter 0CA10-1002.
