High-precision ball rail systems BSHP
High-precision runner blocks of the Bosch Rexroth BSHP series form the moving element of the ball rail guidance system. Four rows of balls in an O-arrangement absorb forces and moments evenly in all four main directions - delivering high rigidity, smooth travel and a constant drive force over the entire service life. Load and moment ratings are defined according to ISO 14728-1.
esd.equipment supplies the BSHP runner block range in sizes 15 to 65, in flanged (FNS) and narrow versions, with steel or aluminium bodies. Preload classes C0/C1/C2 and accuracy classes H, P, SP and UP are selectable - all mounting dimensions follow DIN 645, so blocks combine freely with the BSHP ball rails.
