ISO 21287, Series CCI
Standard cylinder
The Aventics ISO 21287 CCI series are double-acting compact cylinders to ISO 21287 with bores from 20 to 63 mm and strokes from 5 mm upward. The CCI part number CCI-DA-[bore]-[stroke] encodes bore and stroke directly. With 675 variants, the CCI is the most extensive single series in the Aventics standard cylinder programme, covering the typical bore range for general automation comprehensively.

Compared with the CCL-IC series (also ISO 21287), the CCI offers a wider variant selection for bores 20-63 mm. For bores of 80 mm and above, move to the ISO 15552 series.
Typical applications: General machine automation with compact bore sizes, clamping and positioning units in electronics manufacturing and PCB assembly, lifting applications in packaging machines, diverters and stops in assembly lines, and retrofit projects replacing older cylinder designs with ISO-21287-compliant compact cylinders.
