On a header with many pins every separate stab costs cycle time. That is why the QU911G-22N08H18 is built as a slotted tip, the slot in the 3.0 mm working face picks up solder and holds it while the robot draws the tip across the row of leads.
What the slot delivers
- The slot acts as a solder reservoir at the working face, so alloy is available immediately at the next joint during the drag.
- Working width of 3.0 mm, which wets pads with a larger copper connection in a single pass.
- Thickness of 0.8 mm, so despite the width the tip stays slim enough for closely spaced lead rows.
- Straight design without an offset, the approach dimension survives a change within the series.

Application and compatibility
Fits the 9018M and 9018BMT robot soldering tools and therefore the QUICK ET9181 SEMI-AUTO with wire feeder, the 9594FYA and 9584EYA with two tables, the ET9494E and ET9494F-A and further models of the range. Where single joints are approached one by one rather than dragged, the chisel shaped QU911G-30D-07 of the same width is the simpler choice. Scope of delivery: one soldering tip.
