The back of a soldering station usually stands against a wall, a cable duct or the next station. That is where pressure marks and cracks appear while electronics and heater stay sound. The rear housing shell at 0.15 kg restores the back of a QU3202 or QU3205, a station measuring 96 x 160 x 135 mm as delivered.

What the rear shell does

• Back section of the QU320X range, fit and cut outs follow the production standard of the station.
• At 0.15 kg the most solid housing part of this range, matching the load on the connection side.
• The station stays in the fleet, calibration values and fixed temperature memories survive a housing repair.
• Keeps the closed construction that an ESD station needs for a ground resistance below 2 ohms.
• Original Quick part instead of an adapted third party shell.

Repair after transport damage, a drop or years of work on a cramped bench. Anyone running several QU320X units keeps the rear shell together with top and connection plate as a set.

Scope of delivery and compatibility

One rear housing shell is supplied. Power supply, boards, sockets and screws are not included. Suitable for QU3202 and QU3205, stations of the TS range use their own housing parts.
