On 0201 parts the terminations sit less than half a millimetre apart. The TSS08-0.5P ends in a 0.5 mm round pencil point and carries tinning over just 2 mm, so the solder stays at the working point instead of creeping up the shank.

Use and scope of delivery

Typical work is rework on 0201 and 0402 chips, fitting jumper wires and microscope level repair of phone and laptop assemblies. The tip fits the QUELKTSS80A iron of the Quick TS8 and TS8+ stations. Supplied as one cartridge tip, iron and station are not included.
