Change frame with M5/F7 filter mat set for LRA 400.1 - ULT 02.1.038

The M5/F7 filter mat set in a change frame is the mat stage of the HA14 filter configuration of the ULT 400.1 series. It retains coarser solder fume particles, protects the downstream H13 particle filter cassette and extends its service life. The change frame with earthing connection is ESD compliant.
