Tools beyond three kilograms can no longer be handled freehand at cycle speed. This balancer carries 3.0 to 6.0 kg and takes the entire tool weight off the operator, while the 2.5 m cable preserves freedom of movement at the bench.

Applications

Heavy assembly in machine, vehicle and plant construction, joining of large sub-units, workplaces with tools above three kilograms and cycles in which the same heavy tool is needed continuously.

Matching accessories

The balancer is hung from a load-bearing point or from the TLF-0845-40 and TLF-0845-50 support arms. Heavy electric screwdrivers such as DLV70A06P-ABK or DLV70A06L-ABK run on the cable if their weight is between 3.0 and 6.0 kg. Lighter tools belong on the BAL-0515, BAL-1020 or BAL-2035.
