Slotted screwdriver bit 2.5 x 0.3 mm, 44 mm length, 4 mm shank - Delvo DLB2221

Between the 2.0 mm and 3.0 mm slot sizes there is a gap that many device and connector screws fall into. The DLB2221 closes it with a 2.5 mm blade width at an unchanged blade thickness of 0.3 mm, so it bears on more slot wall without becoming too thick for shallow slots.

Device assembly, connectors and terminals with small slotted screws, plus repair and test benches where the same screw size is released and set again and again.

Suitable drives are the ESD electric screwdrivers DLV-7410-BME6 and DLV-7420A BME6 for low torque and DLV-7331-BME6 for the range above.
